The brief
Happy Bamboo is a Detroit business selling 100% bamboo, tree-free toilet tissue, with plans to grow into other bamboo household products. Online, it started as Zaire's Visions — first a one-page GoDaddy site with a contact form, then a WordPress site that never seemed to get finished. She was always still building it, and neither one could take an order.
She's a participant in Artisanal Futures, which is how we met in March 2026. She needed a shop that was simply done — products, checkout, policies — and something she could keep up herself without calling me for every change.
